Through movement, breath, and embodied devotion, we will learn to recognize Her/Their presence within us as focus, nourishment, strength, courage, surrender and rebirth.

About Nubia Teixeira

Nubia Teixeira, E-RYT 500, YACEP, is a Brazilian-born yogini who has dedicated the past 35 years to teaching the many facets of yoga and dance. Seeing yoga as a healing art, she offers classes that radiate compassion, devotion, and inspiration. Her teaching draws deeply from the worlds of symbols, myths, deities, mudras, and sacred geometry, giving life to an embodied Bhakti Yoga.

Renowned for her fierce heart, uplifting humor, and intuitive presence, Nubia’s work is grounded in her long-standing practice and study of yoga and dance. She helps students connect to their inner source, inhabit their bodies more fully, and walk through life with deeper awareness.
