Class Descriptions

Padma Flow

Creative and intelligent sequencing, breath centered movement, mantra, music and philosophy come together to form a practice that is both invigorating and grounding. New students and longtime practitioners practice side by side. All are welcome. This all levels Vinyasa experience is grounded in what we love: the physical and mystical practices of yoga

Hatha Flow

These classes blend alignment with a slower paced vinyasa flow. Breath, intention, props and posture breakdown are used to support a well-rounded and deeply satisfying practice. Pranayama, meditation and philosophy are often sprinkled in.

Padma Sit

A 20 minuted guided seated meditation and short restorative yoga practice.

Restorative Yoga

By using props to support the body, we are able to slow down, release tension, quiet the mind, and cultivate equanimity.

Padma Flow 60

Our vigorous Padma Flow class designed for busy people. Short and sweet, these one hour classes will set you up for a day of focus, energy and insight.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga classes consist of a series of long-held passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body - the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. A quiet and contemplative practice, Yin is wonderful for building flexibilty, deepening awareness of one’s body and settling the mind.
