As we step gently into a new year, this afternoon of Restorative Yoga invites you to slow down, reset, and begin again from a place of steadiness and care.
Supported by bolsters, blankets, and blocks, each long-held posture offers deep rest for the body, nourishes the immune and nervous systems, and melts away lingering fatigue from the year behind.
This cozy reset is an opportunity to soften, replenish, and quietly gather energy for what’s ahead. You’ll leave feeling grounded, restored, and centered in the ease we so often long for at the start of a new cycle.
No prior yoga experience is needed, all are welcome.
Please bring an eye pillow, scarf, or small towel.
