This program is designed for students of yoga who want to deepen their understanding of yoga practices and deepen their yoga teaching skills Program applicants should have graduated from a 200 hr yoga teacher training within the last 10 years.
Vinyasa Yoga Training with Lesley: Classical Yoga Teachings to Liberate a Modern World,
Open to both dedicated beginners, intermediate and advanced practitioners or long time teachers, this 300 hr Yoga Teacher Training provides a blueprint for incorporating the physical, psychological, spiritual, and mystical aspects of yoga into modern life, without losing sight of the universal goal of the practice: liberation.
Gain the skills to live the life of a yogi for yourself, as well as the ability to teach others how to live with greater happiness, calm and peace.
Vinyasa: Designed to awaken inner energy and peace, you will work to perfect your teaching skills. In this program there will be practice teaching, personal guidance from Lesley and advanced sequencing instruction.
Asana and Adjustments Labs: Fun and exciting workshops exploring key movement and alignment principles for standing poses, forward bends, backbends, inversions, twists & restoratives. We believe in teaching the person, not the pose. You will gain skills to make asanas accessible and learn to teach multi-level. Adjustments: Practice teaching and instruction for how to give hands-on assists to students while they are practicing asanas
Advanced Anatomy: Continue to increase your understanding of Experiential Anatomy and Kinesiology beyond the 200 hr level. Understand where the parts of the body are and how the muscles and bones work in action. This deeper exploration of anatomy and alignment is the key to progress in your own practice and in helping students find steadiness, confidence and ease in their yoga practices.
Meditation and Buddhism: Learn about the history of mindfulness and Buddhism and how these relate to the yoga path.Develop a regular meditation practice and learn how to lead simple guided meditations.
Mantra and Puja: Explore classical devotional practices and how to integrate Bhakti into your yoga classes
Bhagavad Gita and Yoga Sutras: A Deeper Dive into these classic texts to encourage a lifetime of ‘Yoga in Action’.
Dharma Talks & Teachings: Learn how to share your connection to the spiritual with guidance on dharma teachings.
Sanskrit language immersion Where you learn to read, write, and recite the Sanskrit alphabet
The Business of Yoga: You will learn about how to get hired, websites, marketing and how to structure a retreat and workshops.
Teaching Skills
Deepen your teaching skills by learning how to work with beginners, lead private lessons, injury management, advanced sequencing and anatomy, prenatal yoga guidelines and receive guidance on the business of yoga.
The 2027 course will be held in person with study materials and homework online. You will have break in the program from October 25th- March 19th. This is a period of Independent Study with readings, assignments to complete and practice teaching assignments.

All Thursday evening sessions run from 5 - 8pm in our upstairs studio
All Friday sessions begin at 5:30pm and end at 8:30pm
All Saturday and Sunday sessions begin at 8am and end at 5pm
There will be a one hour lunch break at 12:30pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
The cost for the program is $4,555
Space is limited to 20 students. A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of $700 is required to secure your spot in this training. Final payments are also non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions will be made to this policy.
