Taking the time to get still and tend to the quiet within is healing.
In this workshop, we will do somatic movements, gentle asana, yin poses, and restorative yoga to settle the nervous system. The class will end with Yoga Nidra to support deeper healing.
Props are limited, so please bring a yoga blanket, bolster, blocks if you have them, and an eye covering.
