Tending to Grief, Living Forward

  • Padma Studio 56 Bolinas Road Fairfax, CA, 94930 United States (map)

This is an opportunity to slow down. To tend to your heart and your center. To sit in an open space where your grief is welcome, unhurried, and witnessed, alongside other humans who are brave enough to look at theirs too, together.

Bring your everyday grief: the death of someone you loved, the end of a relationship or a career, a changing body, aging, a lost sense of self, or just the unsteady feeling of living in a world that won't hold still.

This an experiential workshop designed to help individuals build a more compassionate, sustainable relationship with grief. Rather than trying to move on or leave grief behind, this workshop invites you to explore how to carry your grief while continuing to engage with life in meaningful ways.

Through guided reflection, gentle teaching, and group sharing, you will learn how grief evolves over time, how it can coexist with moments of joy, and how to access your inner support system.

The workshop emphasizes honoring loss while also reconnecting with personal values, direction, and possibility.

Participants will leave with:

A reframed understanding of grief as something to carry, not fix

Practices for moving through emotional waves with greater steadiness

A deeper connection to your inner world

One small, intentional step toward living forward

This workshop is ideal if you are ready to integrate your grief into your life in a way that feels supportive, authentic, and life-affirming.
