Are you looking to create a deeper awareness to your breath?

Pranayama is the fourth limb of the eight limbs of yoga. It is the doorway into the subtle body. 

This workshop will be a wonderful introduction to pranayama (extending the breath) that will give you tools you can use in your daily life. 

From cognition to digestion, effective breathing can not only provide you with a greater sense of mental clarity, it can also help you sleep better, digest food more efficiently, improve your body's immune response, and reduce stress levels. 

We will start the workshop with a gentle flow followed by a restorative practice. 

This will open and prepare you for the subtlety of the breath and allow you to drop into a deeply relaxing state. This workshop is for practitioners of all levels.
