This workshop is an invitation to pause, breathe and deepen into rest. One of the many gifts of yoga is it's offering of practices that support the nervous system's shift into a more 'rest and digest' state. Through slower, gentler somatic movements and longer-held restorative postures, tension will melt away, returning a sense of ease and inner steadiness.
