The Power of Presence with Judith Hanson Lasater

  • Padma Studio 56 Bolinas Road Fairfax, CA, 94930 United States (map)

Often when we start practicing yoga, we think of yoga something we “do”. As we mature in our practice, we begin to understand that yoga is not an action, it is rather a “state of being”. Finally we become aware that we can practice yoga all the time, that in fact, the whole world has become our yoga mat.

This understanding will be recognized and honored as we practice together as a community, a sangha.

What Our Days Will Be Like:

We will begin our day with a short talk and a sitting practice to orient us toward our topic, and then practice Active Asana. After lunch and afternoon break, we will reassemble for Restorative yoga, pranayama, and meditation.
